Fellowship
Membership Development and Recognition Chair
Fellowship is the social side of our club. Whether you want to attend an after-meeting social to get to know other members, or go to a member-exclusive retreat up in the mountains during the winter, this tenet is meant to help our members develop lasting and meaningful relationships, and help unite the club. Fellowship is implemented virtually everywhere here in our club, even in events that may at first seem strictly tied to service & leadership.
Family System
Our family system is designed to create a sense of belonging and community among members. We group members into "families," each consisting of a mix of new and returning members. This structure encourages collaboration, as members support one another and share fun experiences. Through the family system, you get to know other members in a smaller group setting and compete against other Families throughout the year, ensuring that every member feels welcomed into the club!
Big/Littles
The Big/Little (mentor/mentee) system pairs returning members, known as 'Bigs', with newer members, or 'Littles'. This mentorship helps Littles navigate the club, offering them guidance, support, and insight into the organization's culture and activities. Bigs, in turn, gain valuable leadership and coaching experience. Through regular meetings and shared activities, the Big/Little pairs build strong, supportive relationships that benefit both sides!
